SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours via UPS, insured. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a
holiday it will not be processed until the next business day. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping charges are determined and based on item weight and final destination, as calculated by UPS.

Classic Trophy Co. will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are
personalized product, they can not be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit lost, cost or any
other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable evetns. If a
deadline is missed due to our carrier (UPS) all shipping cost will be refunded in full.

Classic Trophy Co. offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day shipping via UPS at an additional cost. All rush
orders can be called in at 260.483.1161 or emailed to indclassictrophy@verizon.net by 12:00pm est. Product
availability may limit what can be shipped and an alternate item may need to be selected.
