Shipping Information
Classic Trophy Co., Inc. will not inflate trophy and award prices to offer free shipping. Our shipping policy includes shipping cost, insurance on your product and all packaging material. Unlike some trophy companies who raise their trophy and award prices to include "free shipping", we here at Classic Trophy believe in wholesale trophy and award pricing with reasonable shipping cost. We also offer insurance within our shipping cost. What does this mean...We will gladly replace any items that were damaged or broken during shippment. Your order will be shipped by UPS or R&L Carriers to ensure the most cost effective, timeliness and protection of your order.
Shipping Policy: Most orders are shipped within 72 hours via UPS, insured. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will not be processed until the next business day. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact customer service at 260.483.1161 or by email at sales@indclassictrophy.com for assistance. Shipping charges are determined by percent of total and zone (see zone charge map below). Classic Trophy Co. will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they can not be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit lost, cost or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.

Rush Shipping Policy: Classic Trophy Co. offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day shipping via UPS at an additional cost. All rush orders can be called in at 260.483.1161 or emailed to sales@indclassictrophy.com by 12:00pm est. Product availability may limit what can be shipped and an alternate item may need to be selected.
Please see chart below for shipping cost to your delivery location. Due to our already low whole sale prices we do not offer free shipping. Unlike most companies who hike up the price of their product to offer free shipping we strive to keep our prices as low as possible with reasonable shipping cost. The shipping cost also insures your product if damaged (see our return/refund policy). In most cases our customers find that they can buy a great product at a great price cheaper from Classic Trophy, with shipping, than their local awards shop.
